Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Packaging to lead the packaging team in our Coldwater, MI facility. You will train, coach and mentor team members while ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are met daily.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with weigh scales, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle/ADP or Prophet 21. A strong commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a packaging team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to train others and maintain safety practices.
• Strong data entry and data-driven decision making with Excel.
• Experience with ERP/HR/Payroll systems is a plus.
