Job summary

Lenzkes Clamping Tools, Inc. in Christiansburg, VA, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to service North America. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding an existing customer base while delivering sales expertise and technical support.

You will interact by phone, email, and in person, develop new business in assigned territories, provide product guidance, and coordinate with internal teams. A base salary with commission and a full benefits package after a 3-month training period are

Overview:

Lenzkes Clamping Tools, Inc., a company with more than 45 years in manufacturingand selling industrial tools, is seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Representativeto join our Sales Team. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding an existingcustomer base across North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada) while providing salesexpertise and technical support.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, confident, and outgoing personality
• Strong willingness to learn, take direction, and continuously improve
• Comfortable interacting with prospects by phone, email, and in person
• Industrial sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Clear speaking voice (Bilingual - Spanish & English preferred but not required)
• Experience working with customers
