Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Sales)

Location: Foxborough / N Attleboro, MA

Our small but high-impact team supports over 250,000 certified professionals, making outbound prospecting and sales automation critical to our next phase of growth.

Position Summary

High-energy, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representatives

who are comfortable with high-volume outbound sales and modern sales automation tools. Your role is to prospect, qualify, and convert leads using a structured playbook and cutting-edge B2B sales technology.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Outbound Prospecting:

  • Execute 100+ touchpoints per day across calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Use Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft for automated but personalized outreach
  • Target school district administrators including but not limited to Special Ed leaders, Federal Program Directors and Title Coordinators. Also, target private Autism Therapy Agencies (ABA Agencies)


Scalable Personalization:

  • Use dynamic email sequences and AI-driven sales insights
  • Tailor outreach at scale without losing personal touch


Pipeline Management:

  • Keep Salesforce updated in real-time with accurate lead statuses, follow-ups, and meeting notes


Qualify and Convert Leads:

  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess fit and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by developing new business via phone sales
  • Deliver professional sales presentations to high-level decision makers with the ability to close business via phone


Leverage Sales Intelligence Tools:

  • Use Gong to review calls, improve messaging, and refine your sales approach


Hit and Exceed KPIs:

  • Consistently meet targets for outreach volume, meetings booked, and closed deals


Attend Conferences:

  • Work regional and national conferences


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience
  • Strong ability to balance automation with thoughtful personalization
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools like Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and consultative sales skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with high-volume prospecting
