About the Role

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, responsible for recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on customer needs. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals interested in our industry, capable of building relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
  • Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
  • Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
  • Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and supplies according to policies
  • Manage delivery dispatch and customer expectations
  • Generate and communicate leads for new business
  • Retain business through follow-up on lost or dormant accounts
  • Maintain a clean and stocked showroom
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
