About the Role

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our branch, responsible for recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders for equipment and services based on customer needs. Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and supplies according to policies
• Manage delivery dispatch and customer expectations
• Generate and communicate leads for new business
• Retain business through follow-up on lost or dormant accounts
• Maintain a clean and stocked showroom
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
