What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with retail health food accounts through outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products
- Handle incoming orders and upsell to maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives to develop strategic growth plans
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted research and networking
- Maintain an organized call schedule to ensure timely and productive appointment calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or telemarketing
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing deals
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on building long-term customer relationships
- Ability to adhere to company and departmental policies, ensuring consistent standards of performance
