This is an Inside Sales Representative role. You will develop and execute sales strategies to gain market share through targeting key hospitals, health systems, wound care centers, government facilities, physician practices and related wound care targets within the assigned territory. Sell ETS product “Mirragen” by careful analysis of where opportunities lie.
What You’ll Do
As anInside Sales Representative, you will:
Develop and execute sales plans; achieve and exceed targets and quotas.
Manage existing accounts and potential new accounts in cooperation with marketing colleagues and the customer facing sales organization.
Develop a strong knowledge of the market, competitors, products, and price offers in order to be more competitive and strategic, working closely with Sales Management.
Develop and maintain account planning / action plans by analyzing performance in order to identify the needs and consequently implement actions to achieve sales goals.
Perform virtual/online product demonstrations, in services, trainings and other educational events.
Lead and manage impactful new business opportunities.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines.
Ensure that all activities conform to company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines compliance standards, Code of Ethics and federal/state/local laws.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience required
1–3 years of inside sales experience in medical device, biotechnology, or tissus biologics preferred
Successful inside or customer-facing sales experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
Previous experience in startup or mid-sized companies preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Recognized for delivering strong top-line growth and sales performance
Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
Strong communication skills in business
English (speaking, writing, and reading)
Perks of the Job
Compensation:
Compensation: $65K–$85K base
Commission: Uncapped (Projected total earnings: $110K–$120K)
