This full-time remote position will be supporting the greater Tampa and surrounding areas.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling CVS Specialty Pharmacy services to top specialty prescribers. You will be supporting our Sales Operations team to grow specialty sales through telephonic, e-mail, and fax outreach. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with field-based Territory Sales Executives to identify opportunities in their territories.

This role is essential to evaluating data trends as they relate to sales call activity and script growth and adjusting tactics within the group accordingly. The Inside Sales Representative position will document all sales call planning and activity in a CRM database, Salesforce.com. Additionally, you will utilize pharmacy operations computer systems to track the status of prescription fulfillment and provide updates to the top specialty prescriber offices.

Additional responsibilities of the Inside Sales Representative include:

1. Ability to manage consultative relationships related to selling and transitioning patient referrals from the hospital, medical facility to the home.
2. Utilize assessment techniques such as examining, questioning, and evaluating.
3. Utilize strong planning, organizing and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
3. Must have current unencumbered medical certification (i.e., certified nursing assistant, certified medical assistant, certified pharmacy technician, certified professional coder, etc.) in state of residence.
4. Ability to work the Eastern time zone hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role with proven success record.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience with Customer Relations Management.
3. Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
4. Healthcare industry experience.
5. Received professional sales training or certifications.
6. Proficient in Salesforce.com.
7. Ability to analyze documents as they relate to a specific disease state.
8. Demonstrated problem solving skills.
9. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
10. Able to adjust to frequent healthcare market changes.
11. Willing to work both independently and also as part of a team in order to deliver results.
12. Ability to work from home if company designates this as a requirement of the role.

Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $15.00 - $24.22. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
