Job summary

Holmes Lumber, a division of Carter Lumber, seeks an Inside Sales Rep who thrives in sales and customer service. You will be the face of the store, assisting customers, sharing product information, providing estimates, and processing transactions.

You will follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify leads, support the Outside Sales Reps, and help with inventory through cycle counts. Salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with building materials is helpful but not required.
• Ability to be a team player and support sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and share product information.
• Provide advice on project needs and produce estimates.
• Process transactions and follow up on online quotes.
• Cold call to qualify new leads and support Outside Sales Reps.
