Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Gardena, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inquiries, process orders, and drive outbound sales for our automotive tire and wheel products. You will use a CRM to manage leads, support campaigns, and deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, text, and email.

Base pay is $17.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions; paid weekly. The role offers a regular weekday schedule with Saturdays on rotation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a similar or related role.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and sales support to customers and team members.
• Answers inbound customer calls and makes outbound sales calls.
• Enters discussion points and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Provides information about products, services, campaigns and programs.
• Develops new prospects and leads by outbound calls and online research.
• Assists sales team with new customer and credit applications.
• Supports returns process for items and warranty claims.
