ATW Companies is seeking an Insides Sales Representative to manage day-to-day sales activities, interpret customer requirements, and provide essential product and policy information to drive orders and profits.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of prospecting or multi-account sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP-driven quoting and price submissions. This is an on-site role at our Berks County facility.
The Insides Sales Representative is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize company gross profits with solid orders. Will use their understanding of the Company's products, services, policies and procedures to interpret technical requirements; providing essential information for both the customer and the necessary department(s).
5+ years of prospecting sales experience and/or experience managing multiple customer accounts.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to read, write and comprehend materials in English.
Ability to apply 'common sense' understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
