Job summary

AccruePartners is expanding and seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our internal team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll recruit top candidates and develop client relationships, running full-cycle from first call to placement.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of professional experience, are comfortable with high outbound activity, and can communicate effectively with VP-level decision makers. This role offers a direct hire, hybrid work arrangement after an initial 90 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of professional experience (internships count)
• Outbound calling is the primary tool
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Motivated by performance-based pay and earnings
• Curious, coachable, and competitive to learn and improve
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience counts in lieu of degree
• Based in Charlotte; 5 days in office for first 90 days, hybrid afterward

Responsibilities

• Recruit top candidates and develop client relationships from first call to placement
• Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to build a client portfolio
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates via direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
• Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for conversations
• Manage your pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track activity and outcomes
• Build relationships in person at networking events, client visits, and in the market
• Research and identify talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn and Amplify
• Communicate daily with managers and hiring managers by phone, video, and written communication
