Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Coeur d’Alene is seeking a founding Inside Sales & Project Consultant to bridge client vision and final signage. You will participate in high-touch client relations, lead generation, and project coordination with mentorship from seasoned owners.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in retail or sales, exceptional communication, and a proactive, consultative approach to drive projects from inquiry to signed estimate.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills required.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work with a founding team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Partner bridging client vision to finished sign.
• Manage leads from initial contact to signed estimate using CRM/estimation tools.

• Expert Mentorship: You’ll receive one week of professional, all‑expenses‑paid training (in May) at our HQ in Carrollton, TX, followed by daily 1‑on‑1 coaching from owners who have already built successful businesses.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you’ll master our CRM and estimation software, learn our specialized materials, and begin managing standard leads from initial contact to signed estimate with total confidence. You’ll be the face of our reputation: Dependable, Professional, and Quality-Driven.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
