Compensation And Benefits

$43,888 base salary and uncapped commission

We're looking for someone with...

• 2-4 years working in a sales environment having face-to-face contact with the customer
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment. This is about calling, not checkboxes. All faiths and backgrounds welcome - what we need is a heart that's genuinely drawn to this mission.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, displaying compassionate care, both in person and on the telephone
• Strong organization and excellent time management skills
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (verbal, and written)
• Proficient computers, software, and technology aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
