Job summary

True Brands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a dedicated territory of independent retailers nationwide. You will re-engage existing accounts, prospect new storefronts, and provide consultative selling to tailor product assortments.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days in Fremont Seattle and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. You’ll travel occasionally to national trade shows, build relationships with gift shops and boutique pharmacies, and work with

Qualifications

• Phone-first energy and ability to turn conversations into purchase orders.
• Experience in inside sales, account management, wholesale, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales environment.
• Motivated by sales targets and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated territory of independent retailers.
• Manage existing accounts and prospect to add new storefronts nationwide.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to re-engage accounts and pitch new launches.
• Identify prospective gift shops and boutiques to expand territory.
• Consult with retailers to tailor product assortments and drive turnover.
• Maintain CRM records, enter orders, and process RMAs efficiently.
• Represent True Brands at trade shows to meet buyers and drive event sales.
