Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Missouri to assist customers with roofing, siding, and window products. You will determine customer needs, provide product recommendations, and process sales orders in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in roofing-related sales, strong communication, and basic computer skills for order entry. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for success on our winning team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for order entry and checklists.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise.
