Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling solutions and provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bath transformations.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

• Willingness to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to customers' goals and help design their ideal bathroom remodeling project.
• Use our iPad presentation system to showcase products and visualize options.
• Educate homeowners on premium bath solutions, warranties, and financing options.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to project approval.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on products and trends.
