Job summary

Cheeky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Cumming, GA is hiring Inside Sales Reps to own post-visit follow-up calls with homeowners who invited us in. You will manage unsold repair quotes and new-system proposals, re-book cancelled or unbooked appointments, and sell memberships with targeted maintenance visits.

We offer base pay plus uncapped commissions, structured onboarding, 10-day training, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or another commission-based role (home services or ServiceTitan a plus)
• You track your pickup, contact and close rates and always want them higher
• Flexible hours: we schedule around when customers actually pick up

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unsold repair quotes and new-system proposals
• Re-book cancelled and unbooked appointments
• Sell memberships and book maintenance visits from our customer base
• Make "happy calls" to check in after completed work
• Set appointments for our Techs when a customer wants to see someone in person
• Plan your day by the hour, track every call in ServiceTitan, and hit daily targets
• Ride along with our techs and salespeople so you know exactly what you're selling
