Qualifications

• Equivalent experience with Eclipse business software acceptable.
• Two years’ industry-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and internet.
• Write orders accurately in accordance with sales policies.
• Maintain current customer base.
• Meet established monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with outside sales and other departments.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes.
