Job summary

Minit Charger is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Consultant to drive pipeline growth for airport (eGSE) and warehouse (MHE) charging portfolios across North America. You will prospect decision-makers, qualify inbound leads, and present Minit Charger’s hardware (Altus II, Maximus, Momentus) and AssetPro 360 cloud telemetry solutions.

Collaborate with Regional Field Sales Managers, Systems Engineers, and distributors to close deals, draft quotes, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.

Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales or B2B consultative sales experience in industrial equipment or related fields.
Experience targeting airport operations, ground handlers, 3PL/warehouse distribution centers is a plus.
Strong ability to engage multi-stakeholder buying teams (Operations, Engineering, Procurement).

Responsibilities

Identify and target key decision-makers in airports, airlines, ground handlers, and 3PL/warehouses.
Qualify inbound leads and pursue outbound prospects using consultative selling to assess power needs and fleet sizes.
Conduct technical product consultations and virtual presentations of hardware and SaaS solutions.
Draft quotes, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and present ROI/TCO analyses.
Support channel partners with pricing and co-selling efforts.
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast revenue.
