Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with a variety of construction equipment rentals. You will act as the frontline contact, understand customer needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver strong administrative support with a professional attitude.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with construction tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools helpful.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills expected.
• Solid computer and administrative skills valued.
• DOT qualification process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and in person with rental needs.
• Process rental orders and quotes accurately and promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of equipment.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
