Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. You will act as the front line contact, understanding customer needs, negotiating orders, and delivering exceptional service.

This role requires strong customer service, solid computer and administrative skills, and the ability to work with an incredible team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with various construction/industrial tools & equipment is preferred.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills are essential.
• Solid computer and administrative skills are expected.
• DOT Qualification process completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs; negotiate and place orders.
• Provide professional customer service and support as the front line contact with customers.
• Maintain strong administrative records and processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
