Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the front line for customers seeking construction and industrial equipment. You will assist telephone and walk-in customers, understand equipment needs, and place rental orders with a focus on professional service.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with construction tools. Prior rental-industry experience is a plus; bilingual abilities may help in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's license required
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rental needs
• Negotiate and place rental orders
• Provide strong administrative support to the team
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times
• Support DOT Qualification process when applicable
