Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, seeks an Inside Sales Associate in Tallahassee, FL. You will help customers choose roofing, siding, and window products, enter sales orders, and coordinate deliveries while supporting a fast-paced team.

The role requires 1–2 years in roofing, siding, or windows, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales focus with ability to identify customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a consultative sales role.
• Good time management and prioritization to handle multiple customers and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each job and upsell additional products and supplies.
• Answer phones, enter sales orders, and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse and track deliveries.
• Maintain stocked shelves and reorder items as needed.
• Address and resolve service concerns promptly.
