Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to serve customers in person, over the phone, via email and text. The ISA uses sales, customer service, and administrative skills to create value for the customer and the company.

The ISA will work Monday through Friday on a day shift in Conroe, Texas, engaging with existing customers and prospects to identify products and services, process quotes

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Experience in building materials or related product knowledge is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to motivate and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person, over the phone and via electronic channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations with customers and prospects to identify products and services.
• Work with the sales team to grow sales and achieve branch goals.
• Process quotes and orders, and arrange for pickup or delivery.
• Respond quickly and accurately to customer requests and collect payments when applicable.
• Support Outside Sales Associate and maintain product knowledge.
