Murphy’s Roofing Supply and Building Products in Arlington, TX seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to build relationships, manage client needs, and drive revenue with the outside team. You will handle inquiries, demos, and prospecting while collaborating with multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate has sales or account management experience, strong communication, and bilingual ability (English/Spanish).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales
• Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
• Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support account growth
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with manufacturers, vendors, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and service teams
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service
• Address customer concerns including product inquiries, complaints, backorders, and delivery issues
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calling
