Vita Brevis Fine Art in Colorado Springs is seeking a target-driven Sales Consultant to join our family-oriented studio. The role focuses on presenting heirloom photography options, closing sales from a scripted flow, and delivering a high-end client experience.

Expect back-to-back appointments in a non-remote, studio setting with regular training. Compensation includes a base wage of $18.00/hour plus uncapped commission and incentives, with a strong earning potential between $80,000 and

Responsibilities

• Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads.
• Present photography images, size, and finish options to clients from the session they experienced.
• Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour with back-to-back clients (up to 8 per day).
• Consultative selling environment with soft sales and no pressure.
• This is a closing sales position with a 100% close rate, no follow-ups.
• Weekly training meetings and a culture of accountability.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation: Base Salary $18.00 an hour + Uncapped Commission along with enticing weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives.
• Annual Earnings Expectation: $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS! Your potential is limitless with no cap on earnings!

Full-Time 3.5 day- work Schedule:

• Sunday - Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM (Wednesday Training: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• (Wednesday Training: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Thursday - Saturday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM

We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience from start to finish.
