Vita Brevis Fine Art in Colorado Springs is seeking a Client Booking Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls with warm leads, booking clients into the studio schedule, and delivering friendly, memorable conversations.

This in-person role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Base pay is $21/hour ($43,680/year) plus weekly and monthly incentives, plus benefits and team perks.

Position Overview

As a Client Booking Specialist at our studio call center, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential clients, working with warm leads and guaranteed successful conversational scripts. This is a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. Sales experience is a plus, but we are looking for energetic people who love to have good conversations with happy potential clients!
