Job description

We are looking to add an Inside Sales Manager with 3+ years of Management B2B Sales Experience to our team! This is an on-site position in NW Tampa, FL. This role reports to the Director of Sales and the company President. This role assists in overseeing the Sales Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the business and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Staying actively involved with the sales staff facilitating closing strategies as needed.
• Coach and teach Sales Representatives through the full cycle of established sales processes.
• Regularly analyze and monitor sales-related KPIs, prepare reports for the Director of Sales and the company President.
• Approve Customer Quotes for accuracy prior to being sent.
• Approve customer sales verifying all supporting documentation.
• Update internal pricing records regularly.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff, help customers, and collaborate with upper management.
• Conflict management skills to resolve customer issues effectively and ensure efficiency on teams.
• Keep up to date with pricing and new products information.
• Train team members on how to overcome objectives and close sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills for negotiating purchase contracts.
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude
• Strong knowledge of Freight is a plus
• Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management System (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience with Pipe, Valve & Fitting (PVF) is a plus
• Industry related experience, preferably in the industrial equipment industry, distribution of equipment, supply house or a background in compressed air
