Job summary

JW Craft / Premier Portables in Fort Myers, FL is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to answer inbound calls and emails, quote prospects, and follow up to close sales. Paid training on our CRM and call software is provided, with a generous, performance-based bonus tied to sales and billing goals.

This front-line role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and eagerness to learn new tools. Prior customer service or phone sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service or phone sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop and expand an assigned book of business through relationship management.
• Draft and send quotes to prospective customers and follow up to close the sale.
• Enter orders accurately, including billing and delivery details.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM.
