Job summary

Diamond Tool Store in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and nurture existing customer relationships. This full-time, in-person role offers hourly pay with weekly commissions and a bonus potential, and requires you to manage a growing book of business from Day 1.

The position emphasizes guiding customers on tools and blades, maintaining documentation, and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of phone or inside sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with sales/POS systems and basic MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to commute to West Palm Beach, FL 33401
• Experience with CRM or sales management software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound opportunities into sales and assist customers seeking products and solutions
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls and relationship-building
• Manage and grow your own book of business with repeat customers
• Present and promote products to customers nationwide
• Provide consultative product guidance based on customer needs
• Prepare quotes and follow up to move opportunities through the sales process
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals while expanding the customer portfolio
• Process customer orders and generate purchase orders using POS and sales systems
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email throughout the process
• Learn product lines and clearly convey specifications and applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment
• Stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment
