Job summary

Atlas Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and mentor our Inside Sales team while supporting company sales, inventory, and customer service objectives. Location: Plymouth, MI on-site.

You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to build a high-performing team, optimize sales processes, leverage data-driven decision making, and foster strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in sales, marketing, or business.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven sales growth and strong CRM experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team with a customer-first focus.
• Establish, monitor, and improve key sales KPIs and processes.
• Analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions and growth.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, logistics for exceptional service.
