This is where you come in. As our Inside Sales Lead, you will guide corporate customers from inquiry to delivery, assisting with product selection, decoration details, and ensuring smooth operations. You will collaborate with internal teams, improve processes, and ensure every branded order leaves a lasting impression.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Knowledge of co-branding decoration methods such as embroidery, printing, embossing
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, trustworthy tone
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding order accuracy and branding specifications
  • Proficiency with systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets; ability to optimize processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Remote work experience with confidence managing workload and seeking help when needed
LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE:
  • Responded to sales inquiries, guiding customers to purchase
  • Analyzed inventory and suggested alternatives
  • Coordinated decoration details with third-party partners
  • Created mock-ups for co-branded products
  • Confirmed factory timelines with production teams
  • Identified process improvements and mapped implementation plans
  • Participated in team meetings and used Copper CRM for tracking

LOCATION, HOURS & SALARY:

This is a full-time remote role based in the U.S., requiring at least 3 hours overlap with Melbourne. Salary range: $55,000–$60,000 USD. Occasional travel (2–3 times/year) to product shows is expected.
