Job Title:Head of Corporate Gifting Sales (Co Founder – Hunter Sales Role)

Location:Remote (U.S.-based) —Travel Required

Compensation:Base salary + uncapped commission + health care stipend + co-founder-level equity opportunity

We are a premium kitchenware brand rooted in nature, performance, and timeless craftsmanship. We make chef knives, butcher blocks, and cookware from earthbound materials—and we’re quickly becoming a go-to name in thecorporate gifting world, where quality, design, and story matter.

We’ve built a six-figure corporate gifting channel with no full-time sales team. Now, we’re hiring ourfirst full-time sales repto help take us fromsix to seven figures—and beyond.

About The Role:

This is ahunter-style B2B sales rolefocused on growing our presence in the corporate gifting space by targetingdistributors, agencies, and corporate buyers. You’ll be our boots on the ground—attending trade shows, forging relationships, and building a book of business from scratch.

You’llwork closely with the Head of Operationsandreport directly to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a premium brand from the inside—and share in the upside.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close corporate giftingdistributors and B2B clients
  • Attend trade shows, events, and meetings across the country
  • Build and maintain astrong pipeline and book of business
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine oursales process and brand strategy
  • Represent Manresa Wood with professionalism and passion

Experience:

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate gifting, premium goods, or consumer products
  • Aproven track recordof sourcing leads and closing new business
  • High comfort withfrequent travel(25% of the time)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with (or selling into)distributor networks
  • A passion for craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful design
  • A self-starter mentality—comfortable with ambiguity and building systems from the ground up
