American Power & Gas is expanding its sales and customer service team and is hiring motivated Junior Representatives to join our dynamic onsite staff. You will work with residential and small commercial customers to offer green energy solutions, with base pay plus commissions and weekly pay.

This full-time, entry-level role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, and career growth in a friendly team, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced call center environment and handling a high volume of calls.
• Motivated to improve your life and career while providing excellent customer service and care.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers by phone to offer energy solutions in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
