The role focuses on handling inbound/outbound calls, offering energy solutions to residential and small commercial customers, and contributing to a dynamic call center environment.

You will receive paid training, weekly pay, and a guaranteed base salary plus commission in a weekday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding through the process.
• Build relationships in a fast-paced inside sales setting and participate in telemarketing efforts.
