Job summary

ALUDEC USA in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Leadership qualities and a passion for the role are valued.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, handling quotes, coordinating visits to the facility, and working with Sales/Customer Service to ensure procedures are followed. 100% onsite, with comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred; relevant professional sales or client service experience can substitute for the degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Communicate requests to customers relating to quotes, re-quotes, pricing, product information, order status, and shipment tracking.
• Assist with hosting customers visiting ALUDEC USA, arranging plant tours and accommodations when requested.
• Work with Sales Assistant and Customer Service / Order Entry to follow company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues effectively with the Customer Service / Order Entry team.
• Understand the 8-D format and respond to 8-D concerns.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production and Sales to resolve in-plant and customer issues.
• Keep department manager informed about new jobs and potential problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
