Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking an inside sales professional to be the voice of our business. You will talk with homeowners daily, convert inquiries to booked jobs, and keep Service Professionals on schedule.

You will guide customers to the right solutions, set honest expectations, and deliver a standout experience following the Mr. Handyman Way.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services or similar field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in an office setting.
• Professional phone and communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving ability is needed to guide customers.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Convert leads into booked jobs: Handle inbound calls and follow up on outbound leads, guiding customers from first contact to scheduled service.


• Own the schedule: Coordinate and organize daily work for our Service Professionals so jobs run on time and customers stay informed.


• Guide and advise customers: Recommend the right solutions, walk customers through their projects, and set clear, honest expectations.


• Create customers for life: Follow the Mr. Handyman Way, our proven, repeatable process for delivering a standout experience every time.
