Job summary

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation seek an Inside Sales / Support specialist to grow our presence in the oil and gas market from our Greeley, CO office. You will manage quotations, follow up on leads, and develop new opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/support or purchasing, MS Office proficiency, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inbound support/sales or purchasing (preferred).
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations.
• Follow up on sales leads.
• Develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Identify potential customers and markets; expand customer base.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain records in ERP/CRM systems.

Position: Inside Sales / Support

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Support specialist to expand our selling efforts in the fast paced, growing, oil and gas market in our Greeley, CO office. The candidate sought would also excel in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly learn our rapidly growing customer base and product portfolio.

Job Duties

• Completing quotations
• Following up on sales leads
• Finding and developing new opportunities within existing accounts
• Identifying and pursuing potential customers and markets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software
• Assisting in marketing efforts
• Purchasing and negotiating pricing on equipment/supplies from vendors
• Supporting the sales team to procure equipment/supplies

Experience

• 2+ years' experience in inbound support / sales or purchasing (preferred)
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and disciplined
• Desire to learn and build personal skill-set
• Technical background a plus
