Job summary

Plumbing, Cooling & Electrical Nerds is growing its customer-focused team in Naples, FL. We seek an Inside Sales & Customer Follow-Up Coordinator to maximize opportunities with customers already served in the Naples area and nearby communities.

You will manage follow-ups, conduct happy calls, and sell maintenance agreements while coordinating with the Sales Manager to develop targeted pipelines and referrals from HOA properties and property managers.

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Sales-minded and comfortable asking customers for the business.
• Persistent and organized with strong follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Follow up daily on unsold plumbing, HVAC, and electrical opportunities.
• Contact customers with prior estimates who did not proceed with work.
• Conduct happiness calls after service to verify satisfaction and identify more opportunities.
• Sell and renew maintenance agreements and membership plans.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build targeted follow-up pipelines.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates in ServiceTitan.
• Visit HOA communities to build vendor relationships with property managers.
