Job summary

Bridge Professional Services in Chicago is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Agent to help individuals select health insurance plans. You will handle inbound calls and warm outbound calls nationwide, guiding consumers through plan selection and enrollment with no cold calling.

Training and licensing costs are paid by the company, and there is UNCAPPED earning potential with performance-based incentives and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). No sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn insurance product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for health insurance plans communicating effectively over the phone.
• Provide an excellent consumer experience for daily interactions.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the firm.
• Work in a competitive, performance-driven environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must complete licensing and background requirements.
• Drive and grow into a role with UNCAPPED earning potential.

This entry level role comes with a BASE SALARY and UNCAPPED BONUS structure giving an individual unlimited earning potential! This role also includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.). FIRST YEAR AGENTS ARE MAKING $60k - $80K a year on average!

We are looking for talented, highly motivated individuals to join one of the fastest growing companies in the Chicago Loop in an entry level sales position working in the booming health insurance industry! As an Inside Sales Agent you will be helping individuals through the important decision-making process of selecting a health insurance plan that matches their needs and assisting the consumer in enrolling in a coverage plan.

There is NO COLD CALLING in this role. Instead, you will be receiving inbound phone calls and making warm outbound calls to individuals who already have health insurance coverage and assisting them with making educated decisions regarding coverage plans available to them.
