Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the company’s front-line contact with customers, handling rentals of construction and industrial equipment.

You will support telephone and walk-in customers and negotiate orders, contributing to customer satisfaction with a professional attitude. The role offers an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace with potential overtime and a clear path for growth through outside sales or operations management tracks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• This position is the Company’s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• The role also requires strong administrative skills and an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
