Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment. This front-line role requires a High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

You will understand customer needs, negotiate and place orders, and contribute to customer satisfaction while handling administrative tasks. DOT qualification is preferred; bilingual skills may help in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Prior equipment rental or customer service experience a plus.
• DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment.
• Serve as the front line of contact to understand equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Maintain strong administrative and clerical skills to ensure accuracy.
