Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. This role is the front line of contact, focused on understanding customer needs, negotiating and placing orders.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and computer skills. Bilingual abilities may be preferred in some locations; DOT qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Deliver strong administrative skills and customer satisfaction with a professional attitude.
• Assist customers to grow skills through an inside sales or operational career track.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth rental processes and timely deliveries.
