Job summary

MY Shower Door is seeking an Inside Sales/Design Consultant in Rock Hill, SC. You will guide clients through frameless glass shower enclosures, manage showroom interactions, and support the sales cycle from first contact to project completion.

You will work with outside sales, measurers, and installers to ensure a seamless process, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving revenue. Competitive base plus commission and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services, construction, remodeling, or design preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital scheduling for showroom tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, guiding product choices and design options.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.
• Build relationships with customers and align solutions with project goals.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes with attention to detail.
• Coordinate with outside sales and measurers for site visits.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

The Inside Sales/Design Consultant plays a key role in driving revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the design and selection process for frameless glass shower enclosures, managing all showroom interactions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through project completion. The Inside Sales/Design Consultant builds strong relationships with customers, understands their vision, and provides expert guidance to bring it to life - all while working closely with outside sales, measurers, and installers to ensure a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on products, finishes, and design options.
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
• Build strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing solutions aligned with their project goals.
• Prepare and present quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Schedule and coordinate with outside sales/measurers to ensure timely site visits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track multiple appointments, quotes, and customer requests in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members across sales, operations, and installation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
