Industrial Supply is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for our Rock Springs, WY team. This full-time role supports the sales group and customers by preparing quotes, handling customer accounts, and processing requests with accuracy and timeliness.

You will contribute to a responsive, customer-centered culture, working across teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential to succeed in this position.

• Follow up on customer requests and help resolve issues.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and other team members to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
