Location: Twin Cities, MN

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Reports to: Customer Service Lead

This hybrid role combines customer service excellence with inside sales support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate product guidance, timely order updates, and exceptional service. You'll also assist with inside sales activities, including quoting, follow-ups, and supporting regional sales initiatives.
