You will help residential and small commercial customers, handle inbound/outbound calls in a call center, and develop strong customer relationships through coaching and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No sales or telemarketing experience required; entry-level to experienced encouraged.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Team-oriented call center environment with high call volume.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused sales role.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions by phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and promote green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve care and sales.
