American Power & Gas is hiring a CSR for a full-time, onsite role in New York. You will engage residential and small commercial customers by phone to offer energy solutions in a fast-paced call center, with comprehensive on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Leads provided; engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding them through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with an emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, receiving ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
