Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, and delivery times.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (invoices, credits, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and other information needed.
• Advise customers on substitutions when a part is unavailable.
• Process orders including entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
