Responsibilities

• Assist with quote creation, customer proposals and presentations.
• Manage the CRM system: assign leads and set up new users.
• Coordinate lead generation and schedule appointments.
• Oversee order accuracy and ETAs with customers.
• Provide AR support and ensure timely payments.
